All a person needs to do is use a move that covers left, right, and above and she gets punished. People say her recovery is bad, but I honestly think it's fine. Her tilts and neutral air have great horizontal reach.
up tilt is great for covering both sides and as an anti air. Even if you catch someone with seed and strong, there's only enough time for a tilt at most, or side special.
